What are angles? Angles are a measure of turn.
Angles are measured in degrees. The sign for degrees is °.
One whole turn is 360° or a revolution.
One quarter turn is 90° or a right angle.
One half turn is 180° or a straight line.

Length
Length is a measure of how long or wide something is. Rulers and tape measures can be used to measure length. Length is measured in millimetres (mm), centimetres (cm), metres (m) or kilometres (km). These are known as metric units of length.
