World Navigators and Explorers

Assignment:
Research one world navigator or explorer up to the late eighteenth century, including their contacts with other societies and any impacts. Design a Smart Board file about your explorer/navigator. You can
include pictures, YouTube clips and video files.

Task 1. Starting point

Choose a world navigator or explorer to research. You might like to start with the Library Homepage and do a search on Encyclopaedia Britannica. Below are some key search terms  you can type into Britannica or a search engine to help.
